Biscuit Lofts - Follow the transformation of the National Biscuit Company Building in Downtown Los Angeles. First built in 1925 as the Nabisco Bakery it has a rich history and is now, several years later, being called the premier loft building in all of Southern California.

GenArt - Art, Music, Fashion, and Film. If it's hot, chances are it was created by an artist discovered by Gen Art. The non-profit is known for philanthropic event planning that showcase talent and raise money for its artists. Gen Art is devoted to discovering and aiding emerging talent.
Kenneth Brown - A top notch designer with his own HGTV show, Redesign, Kenneth Brown was selected to use his talent on Biscuit Loft #711. Brown designed with a fictional character in mind, one who loves the finer things in life. The look is rich the feel, very James Bond!
Andersen-Miller - Jon and Matt Andersen-Miller bring together a perfect mix of architect and designer. The duo created fresh modern spaces with multiple uses. Embracing the nature of a real loft, they made use of the 16-foot ceilings and open spaces.
Aleks Istanbullu - A well established architect, Istanbullu was selected to turn the original Biscuit Building into a multi-dwelling Loft residence. He also designed the inside of one of the Lofts.
Called Flow, Istanbullu's loft is more about embracing the true nature of a loft space.
Downtown Living - To work, live, and play, in downtown LA. Each day more and more people and business are calling downtown their home. The impact from the re-beautification of this once rundown area is prevalent. See why so many are flocking to call downtown, "home".
Loft Parties - The Los Angeles area's premiere publication is known for throwing unforgettable events. The 2007 Design Lofts event was no exception - a Q & A session with the designers, then a wrap party hosted by Project Runway winner and Gen Art alum Jeffrey Sebelia.
